  Excellent service from the team at Ocean Mini today. I called them at short notice to report an issue with my car, the booked me in for the next day and even gave me a lift into Paignton whilst my car was being fixed. They called me when it was ready to collect and they even washed and hoovered for me at no extra charge. Would highly recommend them.

  Bought a mini 2 years ago. We weren't aware of the timing chain issues with Cooper S that are well known within the trade. To cut a long and expensive story short we had to replace half the engine. 1900 pounds to sort the problem. Best bit was Mini Torbay supplied a duff part and would not accept our engineers word as we failed to mention it at the time. (Too many parts to remember). Totally disappointed with the whole Mini experience. Overpriced and unreliable, service lacking in empathy for the customer.
